Moisture Control & Mold Prevention in Wilmington, MA

During a home inspection, some potential areas of mold were identified in our attic. Daniel from Aspen Environmental came out to inspect it and do some testing, and we immediately knew we were in good hands. After the inspection confirmed it was mold, we did the mold remediation with Aspen, and it was smooth and painless. As we've worked on renovating other areas of our home (and continue to discover potential mold...), Daniel has been extremely helpful in responding to questions, looking at photos for us, etc. He is extremely kind and responsive, and always takes time to explain everything and answer questions. Highly recommend working with Aspen!

Excellent customer service! Called Aspen at the recommendation of my HVAC service company. Response was quick, scheduling was even faster (they were here in 48 hrs!). The crew was professional, friendly, and prompt (they estimated they'd be here 3 hours - there are a LOT of vents in this place, were done in closer to 2.5), and pretty sure my home is a bit cleaner than Before they arrived 🙂 (they did a wonderful job cleaning up after)

Aspen is absolutely wonderful! I called on a Monday for duct cleaning and they were here in 2 days! They did great work and they were extremely informative and knowledgeable. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them.
